Stroud Windows

Chris has been around windows for most of his life as his Father started the Company in 1982, fabricating aluminium windows on the very trading estate where our office is based today. With over 16 years hands on experience, whilst his Father and business partner grew the business, Chris then took over the Directorship in 2009. Chris’ vision is to maintain the local advocacy for the Company and the high quality standards, which have always been a key foundation of their success. His product knowledge is maintained through regular training and manufacturer engagement and he is well equipped to handle the most complex of queries.

Natalie has over 18 years’ financial services experience and carries out the commercial and contractual oversight to the supply and installation of our windows and doors. Her background is in regulatory promotions and compliance, and a more recently developed specialism in property estate 3rd party outsourcing.

Rosie has hand held The Stroud Window Company into the modern world by ensuring that we have a digital presence.  She had her own business for over 5 years, which she grew from a mere seedling and so holds a very keen eye for being in touch with what our customers want.  Rosie ensures that the business processes are followed consistently, which is why we can stand behind a commitment to deliver the best possible service, coupled with detailed communication, throughout our customers’ installation journey.

Our installation teams fit only for The Stroud Windows Company and are NVQ level 2 qualified, with additional validation of quality workmanship from the FENSA certification scheme that we subscribe to. Each installer must have at least 10 years’ experience in fenestration installations to work for us and have a keen eye for detail.

Bunnie has a natural enthusiasm for life and so is a pleasure for anyone to interact with. She has over 30 years’ experience in interacting with customers, in numerous customer facing roles, and so her attention to detail and commitment to quality is demonstrated every day through the customer feedback that we regularly receive. Her role is very broad, but she essentially ensures that the administration of your installation is carried out efficiently and acts as a consistent point of contact throughout your purchase journey.
